When applied to the nail, the Tones Glass Top Coat penetrates deep down into the nail bed in order to create an incredibly strong bond that drastically reduces the chances of nail color chipping or peeling. This high gloss finish will not yellow and may be used alone or over any polish. The product significantly accelerates drying time. It is also free from harsh chemicals typically found in other top coats including nitrocellulose, toluene and formaldehyde.
